Terms of service

1. The service

FlipingBook lets you upload documents and publish them as online flipbooks in your own workspace. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done in your workspace.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm you may publish it, and you give us the permission needed to store, convert and show it to the readers you choose. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period; pay-per-flipbook purchases cover 12 months. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data

You can export your data at any time. When you close your workspace it is deleted after the cooling-off period.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
