Data processing agreement

This agreement applies when FlipingBook processes personal data of your readers and team on your behalf.

Instructions

We process personal data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions.

Confidentiality and security

Staff with access are bound by confidentiality. We use access controls, encryption in transit, isolated workspaces, backups and two-factor sign-in.

Sub-processors

We use hosting, storage, email and payment providers. We will tell you before adding new ones.

Assistance and breaches

We help you answer data-subject requests and notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach.

Deletion

When the service ends we delete the data after the cooling-off period, unless the law requires us to keep it.
